The most important part is the education and stretching. A lot of the injuries I have seen could have been prevented by stretching the shoulder before seasons.
As kids grow they become tighter. Their motion might have been great 3 months ago, but then changes quickly. Pick a few of the stretches to do each of the strengthening days.
Although this gives a lot of stretches, stability, and strengthening training, there are still a lot of great things to work on not included. If you have any pain, stop the exercise. Also if you have pain see your medical specialist
